If someone was taking ........ say ... TestCyp and EQ, when should that person start increasing their caloric intake to take advantange of the possible lean mass gains?

Note: I am NOT INTERESTED in eating like a pig, bloating up with fat, only to eeek out a few extra muscle lbs. Lean mass is the only way to go for me.

You should be eating like crazy right now. This does not necessarily mean fat, just eat a lot of clean food. Otherwise, why take gear? You need as much food as possible for it to work.

YOU 'RE VERY WRONG GUYS. if YOU ARE TAKING LONG ACTING DRUGS LIKE SUS THE FIRST WEEKS YOU WILL HAVE ALMOST NOTHING IN YOUR BLOOD STREAM. yOU SHOUL RAISE THE CALS GRADUALLY WITHIN 6 WEEK, STARTING ALLREADY A BIT ABOVE MANTAINANCE IN THE FIRST WEEK . yoU CAN GET VERY FAT EATING LIKE A PIG FROM THE BEGINNING OF A NON FAST ACTING CYCLE, IN FACT I DID. I DID A SUS ONLY CYCLE. I GOT A LOT OF FAT IN THE FIRST 3 WEEKS AND THAN I STARTED GAINING MUCH MORE LEAM MASS AND LESS FAT IN THE THIRD WEEK. That last statement is incorrect. Advanced protein synthesis begins almost imediately after inkection even with longer esters. Longer ester does not mean they don't release imediately, they release imediately for a longer duration. Take full advantage of the anabolism they are inducing.

Fener I like your response. But I think you might of miss understood what we are saying. We are saying increase your Kcals of CLEAN food. We are not saying eat like a PIG, and conusme all the food/junk food you want. If you were on or off a cycle and ate like a pig you will gain fat. Quality is very important.

OK, so, assuming that you are eating clean ... do you srat increasing from day 1 - first injectiion ... or wait like a good 2 weeks or so until things start to build up in your system?

BY "clean", I am not going to be perfect, hey, I eat Italian food every once in a while, Mexican, etc. But I do not do a LOT of processed carbs. And by eating clean I especially mean that the INCREASE in cals will NOT be like from Big Macs and Pizza, but from more Whey protein, lean meats (chicken, fish, egg beaters, turkey, etc).

Yes, begin eating imediately. Increased calories means increased water retention. Many think this is fat. It's not. The water for the most part looks and feels like fat. It's not...It's water. Excess calories cause edema which will be noticable in most withing a week. Many people mistaken this new appearance for fat. Your AS will begin doing its "thing" imediately so you must feed that need. The cleaner the calories the less bloat.
