can someone tell me what the first signs of gyno are and how I would now when to start taking nolvadex. I have noticed my right nipple is getting a bit sore , just the nipple not my pec. my other side is perfect. i don't know if this is the onset of gyno because this happened to me a few times while i was growing up(years before gear was used).it only lasted a week or so before, this just started now. Cycle sust 250mg/5 days primo depot 100mg/4 days 4th week on cycle     | ||

you shouldnt be getting gyno at these low dosages but you can. first signs are sore nipples to the touch. i wouldnt use the nolva unless you start getting lumps under your nipples and they are soo sore you cant handle it. nolva will inhibit some of your gains so i would only use it if you have to. |
