I would like to see before and after pictures please. Especially after your first cycle. But it dont matter. All I see on here is present pics, but what did you look like before? Please include what you used. Ok, why not? http://www.ifbb.cz/zmena.htm After 4 years of hard training and some cycles. It is a year before, now it is better about another 5-6 kg of new muscles, especially on my legs, what was my problem in the past. Jan | ||

I have a similar build to your "before" picture, so now I have a better idea of how I might improve  Since I dont have any significant gains yet. I'll try and post my "before" picture now.
