Yes the liquids have some vitamins and the tabs will no longer have vitamins and all is 25mg/ml

savage, I agree with eloh. Drink it. I have had better results that way. All the ref-b is 25mg/ml that I know of

Slo..doesn't the liquid have extremely high amounts of B12 and bros have been having problems with this? Kidney stones?
