Ok guys. I have a very small stomach not to mention not alot of time to be preparing massive meals five times per day. What drinks do you guys reccommend so that I can get my daily caloric intake of over 5000 per day while I am on my cycle? Thanks. | ||

drink shakes. this has over 1000 cals in it: 24oz milk 30-60g protein powder 1 cup yogurt 1 banana some frozen strawberries 1 tablespoon of flax seed oil doesn't taste so bad either. ------------------ | ||

Ok, where do I get the n large shake or any other shake that will work as a replacement? Also, how much will I need to get me through my 2 month cycle and how much will that run me? Lastly, what is flackseed oil and milk thistle and where do I get them? | ||

Thanks mustang. I just ordered two 10 lb tubs of it from the one website you sent me. That should be enough for my cycle, right? Each serving of that is like 800 calories with milk. Sams club has chicken breasts that are low in fat, and are 33g protien each. Have 2 for dinner and you are at 66g. have 3 protien shakes per day and you are sitting around 150g per day. Have a few snacks such as protien bars, turkey sandwiches, or any other meat product to fill in around 50g more. You are sitting at 250g+ per day, w\o eating too much. Have you ever had the protien shakes before? How do you know you will be able to drink them. | ||

Ihave drank some pretty nasty weight gainers so I don't think that will be a problem. By the way, what is flackseed oil? You said it was an EFA mustang but I don't know what that is. Lastly, why did my omna only fill up to around .6 of a cc when i filled the syringe? I guess I could have spilled some but I didnt' think so. |
