Hey bros I know some of you take an hour to give yourselves a shot while others probably do it in 5 mins. I was just giving myself a shot and I was curious about this. It takes me about 20-30 mins a shot to open the amp, keep everything sterile, and then to inject it. How long does it take you? Mass Monster     | ||

10-15 min I do it slow to make sure I do everything properly! Never do it when you are in a hurry you will fuck something up it's murphy's law ------------------ | ||

Takes 5 mins tops, but i have done it so many times....just make sure that your sterile....... | ||

A couple minutes max if I'm using a vial, but about ten minutes if I have an ampule, cuz ampules are a bitch. | ||

Damn 3-5 mins thats quick. I mean it takes me about 3 mins with pre-loads but amps take about 20 mins.

10 minutes to prep ??? Call me stupid but I have never had a problem with my method it takes about 30 seconds..period. I...take syringe push part off...break ampule, pour contents in...lightly push the end back on face down..then turn face up with part barely inserted and push the air out. Alls I do then is get any remaining air out which is none..and stick in ..I know many people who do this and I got my workout partner hooked. It is SO much faster. Some of you are thinking that it's not sanitary..whatever....Go sit in a still aired room, (no dust flying around)I use my guest bathroom, then have a seat..get it preped...crank it....it literally takes 30 seconds...I'm not recommending this method...but 10 minutes to prepare a shot. I can cook my meal in that time..no flaming intended. cheers | ||

it doesnt take me too long even if i have amps..its like 5/8 minutes |
