make it easier for your body to take up the protein.I just started doing it today .I put barb que sauce oon it then processed it.I am doing it because i can eat it a lot eaiser like that.And yes i have all my teeth.Just hate chewing for hrs. | ||

thats fucking disgusting...but yeah, I bet your body will assimilate it faster. Why not just have a protein shake and forgo the STEAK SHAKE? | ||

No bro, its not a shake it just chopps the meat up real well which keeps u from having to work your jaw to failure and since i think it would help your body take up more of the protein it decided to try it so far no complaints from me. ------------------ | ||

I just throw 6-7 Frogs in my blender with a couple raw eggs. If that don't do it nothing will. LOL!! You must be buying some tough ass steak Bro! On the other hand Think of the quality workout your jaws missing out on. | ||
