I have tried a couple of different ones the one that I am taking now is made by Human Development Technologies. It come in a 6 lb jug with 2710 grams of protein. It stirs kinda of crappy using goes down pretty thick and powdery(have to mix with water kidney stone problems). It cost $35 smackeroos. The vanilla creme flavoring is actually pretty good. The cost was alot better for HDT than Methoxy Pro they wanted $35 for 2 lbs. What about y'all what is your favorite protein shake for the buck?    | ||

Sorry, I will just answer the question and move on like a good boy should...Optimum is pretty good. And with the Hum. Dev., use a blender, that will take care of any mixing problem. Max Muscle Super Concentrated Whey Protein is the best I have tried and I've tried them all! Blends easily, even in a shaker cup, and it has 20g of protein per scoop. | ||

Myoplex's mix well w\ water. 2 cups water, 1 packet of myoplex chocolate and Walla, you have a 42g protien chocolate milk. | ||

I use Optimum 22 grams per scoop 2 1/2 scoops =55 grams and tastes pretty good . I know there is alot better though. | ||

I use ispoure, it comes in an 8lbs bucket for $65 there are around 50 severings in each bucket tastes good and mixes great. | ||

use a hand blender with a big ass cup, put the powder in first, then milk, then blend away...... the human development shit is shit. i always get soooo bloated afterwards, probably why i got it so cheap, plus it says six pounds, but there is alot more carbs, so when you figure it out it's like a good 5 pounder, the best stuff i had with a good price was ultimate nutrition whey more, banana flavour, good shit. | ||

I like MET-RX Chocolate Peanut Butter, and Extreme Chocolate, I think they mix well, but I do not leave home without a blender. Shaking and stirring suck. | ||

i have a contract w/a company and get shit for free and i ctually go out and spend my money on perfects isopure it is super thin and shakes in a hand container not to sweet with excellent flavors, not filling so you can drink it right after eatting a meal. or mix in some peanut butter and instant oatmeal and its a full meal itself my 2cents | ||

Spunky reminded me of joke. This guy finally asked this blonde in his building out for a date. He heard she was a "fun" date. So he laid out on his building naked to get a good tan all over. Ive used optimums, but decided that it was too cheap to be that good. Ive been using protein factory lately. Doesnt taste anything like chocolate really, but that makes me feel like it doesnt have as many sugars for taste. | ||

I use Optimum also...seems to work OK for me...mixes easier than anything I have ever used...water or milk, 8oz., a couple of shakes and your done...the 8lb Isopure is very interesting though | ||
