Which is better?? Please don't say search because I have read that nolvadex blocks estrogen but proviron prevents it. But I want it more splelled out to me in "dumbguy terms" Please talk slow!!! Bootyshaker     | ||

I'd say use both together. I use them both in my current cycle... and seems I don't hold a lot of water (no need to say that my tits are actually not a tits but man's chest  )------------------ | ||

use nolva if you are prone to gyno-if your not proviron is the way to go and it will not inhibit your gains as much. ------------------ | ||

I don't think Nolvadex inhibits gains, it limits/stops water bloat which are temporary gains (water) but you piss them out after the cycle anyways. I like proviron AND nolvadex aka 'poor mans arimidex' ------------------ For a good time click here: Search and Profiles (300Kleens Board) | ||
