I heard he retired this year due to a ruptured calf implant but I see no way he could possibly be down to 190lb. His synthol alone probably weighs that much! | ||

190???? I saw Flex at the Arnold and his belly alone must weigh 190. He looked very out of shape with a huge stomach, a fat face and not a very nice disposition. I had to look a couple of times. I just didn't think that he of the beautiful lines could look so terrible. I would say he's about 320......maybe 20-30% or more bodyfat! ------------------ | ||
