Guys, I'm 5'10, 170, <10% bodyfat. Kinda skinny for this board (hence the juice), but when I started lifting several years ago I was 140. I'm no bodybuilder; I lift as an adjunct to sports--collegiate wrestling, and running and swimming for fun. Looking to start my first cycle around June. What I have planned so far is 10 weeks of sust at 500mg and eq at 300mg. Thinking about adding d-bol for the first 6 weeks at 20mg ed, to get a kick-start but not go overboard. I have clomid and nolva on hand. 1. Should I take any gear at low to moderate dosages after my cycle to preserve muscle mass (especially considering I'll have to do a lot of cardio, although I won't have to cut weight)? E.g., a little bit of anavar, winny, primo, etc? For health reasons I want to stay off heavy gear use for 3-5 months post-cycle, but I'll do something lighter if you guys suggest it. And if I do add something in, how will that affect when I take the clomid? 2. I've experimented with various lifting protocols, and I get the best results with a High Intensity Training regimen. (Brief, 2x a week, VERY intense workouts). I know HIT is controversial, but hey, that's what works for me. So when I'm on gear, should I stick with my twice-a-week sessions, but make them higher volume and even more intense; or should I switch to a traditional high-volume, 3+ day per week bodybuilding routine? I normally overtrain quickly on such a routine, but maybe I won't on the jugo. (The next question addresses my lifting routine from a different angle). 4. How long should I wait post-cycle to take DNP? You guys are great; thanks in advance! Haywood

Seems to me that you could stay off the gear post-cycle. About the dbol, I would raise it to 25\30mg and cut it down to 4-5 weeks. So, do more for a less period of time. About your workout question. There are SO (slow oxidative slow-twitch) and FG (fast glycocidic fast-twitch) muscle fibers. (and FOG, but we wont worry about those.) Low reps and heavier weights will focus on your FG muscles, these contract faster and are said to be stronger, as well as they are bigger. SO muscles are smaller, contract slower, and are known for endurance. These are worked out by the prolonged reps at lower weights. So it is up to you which muscles you want to single out.
