I'm about to start a winny/clen/fina cutting cycle, I usually do about 45 mins. of cardio everyday should i cut down once i start the cycle.

Why? You are cutting. I would do cardio 3 days a week.

I try to keep my cardio work down to once every 4-5 years....but if I were you I would stop all cardio while trying to bulk up

bulking = no / little cardio
cutting = much cardio

Hell, I do cardio 2 or 3 days a week even when I bulk, so I'd say "Hell Yes!" to cardio during a cutter. I feel that a good diet & cardio are the backbone of cutting, of course with some type of AS.....don't wanna lose that beloved LBM, now do we.
