ok bros, i need some help here. this is my current diet(it doesnt change very much from day to day). let me know what you think about it and how i can improve it if needed. i train 3 days a week and also do cardio 3 times per week. i want to gain some lean muscle, so i think i should up my carbs some, but im not sure when/where. so could you please help me out. any info is appreciated.

drop the flax post workout. Flax will slow the absorption of your shake.

Are you on a cycle; If so what are you on(drugs & doses)

How much do you weigh, whats your B/F?
