Just got off a 8 week cycle of sus 250 at 500mgs a week. This may sound stupid but i have 100 tabs of clenbuterol and i was wondering what it would do for me if i took it 2 week on 2 weeks off. Do you think it would just harden me up a little or will it shred some fat. im 5'7 175lbs at 10% bodyfat. One more question how should i take it. Ive heard too many ways and was just wondering what would be the best to harden me up a little.     | ||

get more clen-I take 8 a day for two weeks straight and then two weeks of 2 days on 1 off. If you can't get more do 2on 2 off using eca on your off days-take at least six a day. ------------------ | ||

Take it 15-18 days after your last shot of sust. 2 weeks on 2 weeks off though you dont have too many tabs and do not expect to get shredded. It will help aid your body from going into a catabolic state. | ||

Wilson123, getting ready to start the same cycle, except for ten weeks. My first cycle. How were your gains? Any tips and suggestions? Did you use Arimidex or Nolva? Any help is appreciated. Thanks Bro. | ||

furio, yeah it is a good cycle i gained about 25lbs, you should use clomid for sure and have some nolvadex on hand for sure. it was only my second cycle and it gave me signs of gyno. i dont know why i guess i am just gyno prone. thats why now im going to use clenbuterol and hopefully winstrol, something with no aromatizeing. By the way do you or anyone else know of any other steroids that would be good with clen that do not have any aromatizing. just curious cause im going to mex on fri. thanks | ||

Can't offer you any solid advice for Clen use. My friend is on Winny with Clen and is getting hard. Never done any research on it. I have Arimidex, Nolva, and Clomid. I'm going to use Arimidex 1/4 tab ed and save Nolva if gyno should come about. How bad is your gyno signs? Do you think my dosage of Arimidex should prevent that? Of the 25lbs. how much was water and fat? What was your lifting schedule? |
