How long can you go just with eating tuna and bland chicken? I can go for about 5 or 6 days and then I gotta cheat. I mean I want to look good but eating good is is also good. And since I am married anyway, I guess I can cheat on food a little more often than you single guys. Pizza is just dang hard for me to pass up and if you have one, it is hard not two have two. But Mexican food mmmm sometimes I just crave it and it is total crap to eat when cutting all kinds of fat. Sure I feel guilty afterwords but it sure was good when I ate it. Guess I'll spend 25 MORE minutes on the rat mill tomorrow. Well what about y'all what food do you have a hard time passing up? Also how many times to you have a cheat meal during the week. AND BE HONEST! | ||

One cheat meal per week...PIZZA is my fav. On days that I am hungry all day I will split my meals up even more just so I am eating all the time. For example I will eat my protien (chicken or whatever) then wait 30 minutes and eat my fiberous carbs (broccoli) then wait and eat my complex carbs (yams) then wait an hour and start all over. This approach saves me from just pigging out on those days when I just cannot get full. Also chewing gum helps me for some reason as well. | ||

im cutting right now, have been dieting and hitting the cardio for 5 weeks now. got 4-5 more to go. honestly i probably have cheated, only a little, but like once every 5 days id say. its hard as hell. if only i didnt drink on the weekends id be way more cut. lol pizza, spagetti, any italian food is the hardest to resist for me. traps | ||

You gotta remember that having a cheat day every once in a while (not every week) will actually speed up your metabolism. I don't remember the exact reasoning but I'm gonna look it up and post it. | ||

doritos are my alltime favorite and i try to go low carb its a killer to not eat those delicious nacho cheese death triangles ------------------ |
