I am doing a cycle of suspension and deca. While I am on this I want to blow up my forearms. They have always been a low point for me. I was wondering if any of you bros have any tips/secrets you would be willing to share. Any help would be appreciated.

I use one of those "gripper things" while at work and while driving. Seems to help my forearms. I use real weights with them once per week after I finish my bi/tri workout.

say good bye to your wrist straps. yeah, your poundage may go down on deads, shrugs, or whatever you use them for but the results you'll get can be impressive. later.

That is some good advice!! There is this huge guy at my gym who never uses straps even for his heavy lifts, when I asked him why he does not use straps he replied "no handicaps". He does use chalk though.

LC-

Definitely no wrist straps. Also, try using one of those really thick barbells and dumbells for tri and bi workouts. Holy shit will your forearms burn.

Another great strong man trick...

Lay a newspaper (1 big sheet) out on a table so that it rests flat. use one hand and grab the newspaper in the middle and crunch it into a ball. then lay down another sheet and repeat. At one point I was doin this 3x per week and my forearms changed SHAPE after a couple of months! I know it sounds stupid but you will feel the burn!!

I've been told I have pretty decent forearms...I like them and have them because I do work them like I work the calfs/abs/delts, with high reps and weight too.

Do reverse barbell curls...barbell wrist curls with your arms laying horizontally on a bench and your wrist just hanging of them...use a single pully machine in the lower position with the rope and pull arms up till they reach your face and when they do...stretch the rope up further by spreading so the rope is on each side of your face...go up as high as you can..they kill.. Super set them with concentration curls or something..you'll get them pumped...mine are
