I doubt it. Isn't he in bad health? ------------------ Serge Nubret, "I look like I can take you." Arnold, "Keep looking."

sad to say "he wont be back" due to permanant injuries that will impede his training indefinitely. thats why you as newbees have to really take care of yourself and not over due it.a cycle is just what the word means to alternate on and off for short periods of time and not damamging yourself before your time is due. always remember to warm up properly and give your body enough time for recovery...good luck to everyone starting out.

hmmm... i think he retired and lost like over 100lbs (from others on the board). he was a great champ with a great body but even today, he would lose to coleman. yates=freaky coleman=more freaky traps

He was in a supplement store in Manhattan (New York City). He was promoting hsi new protein supplement. He definately lost about 50 - 75 pounds of muscle, but he is still a big dude, and real cool, he gave me about 10 minutes of his time, we spoke about a lot, basically his tendons in his arms are shot to hell from lifting big time weights over the years.
