Does anyone know if he will ever compete again do seminars guest posing anything?????. IT's just i get really depressed and pissed off when i read through my old flex and see him in top form at the 97 British G.B. Also i not as if it would have been hard for me to see himk since where the G.B is held in nottinham is only about 45 min away from me. Anyone ever met him?

sad to say "he wont be back" due to permanant
injuries that will impede his training indefinitely. thats why you as newbees have to really take care of yourself and not over due it.a cycle is just what the word means
to alternate on and off for short periods of time and not damamging yourself before your time is due. always remember to warm up properly and give your body enough time for recovery...good luck to everyone starting out.

hmmm... i think he retired and lost like over 100lbs (from others on the board).
he was a great champ with a great body but even today, he would lose to coleman.

He was in a supplement store in Manhattan (New York City). He was promoting hsi new protein supplement. He definately lost about 50 - 75 pounds of muscle, but he is still a big dude, and real cool, he gave me about 10 minutes of his time, we spoke about a lot, basically his tendons in his arms are shot to hell from lifting big time weights over the years.
