I'm getting ready to run a winny/deca cycle...and I've never used winny. I'm starting the deca now and will start on the winny at the beginning of week 3. The whole run will be 10 weeks, but winny will only be for 8. My question is this: Would it be smart if I ran the winny at a very low dose (10mg/day) for two weeks after my last shot of deca just to make sure I don't get progesterone induced gyno while the deca is tapering out of my system? ------------------ Visit my website at http://profiles.elitefitness.com for up to date A.S. info and Organon T-shirts.    | ||

either shoot 25mg/day or 50mg/eod---thats my opinion---ill be doing 25mgs/day of winny no longer than 6-7 weeks on top of my ttokkyo deca  | ||

I dont know why you are using the winny so late in your cycle if using it to block the pr from progesterone. hey iron game how much deca where you doing ?i getting to start a sust and deca and am going to but in some winny on week 6-12 and stop the deca at week 10 only plan on doing like 400mg a week | ||

The only problem is this. If I run the deca for 10 weeks, how is 8 weeks of Winny going to prevent the progesterone from giving me gyno? I'd think that I would almost have to run winny for the whole ten weeks. That would be hell on my liver/kidneys. | ||

10 weeks is not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. If you do have a problem running it for more than 8 weeks then simply use the total amount you were going to use over 8 weeks and just take a little less every week but run it for the extra 2 weeks. 25-35mgs/day may be ok. Winny may help most people but not all, it all depends on how sensitive you are. If you think you are very sensitive then you should not be using deca. I'll probably just use 25mg per day for the first two weeks and then kick it up to 50mg for the rest. | ||

i started my win same day a deca and am going to use the win two weeks (9 weeks total) after deca finishes. |

hehe no seriously better safe than sorry huh? Some dont have problems with deca but others have problems on the measliest of doses.
