I'm not wanting to do the keto diet this time around. I seem to do better with less fat and a little bit higher carbs. Do you bros think that this diet will have me lean and mean in 10 weeks?

Protein....310g...1240 cal
Carbs......150g....600 cal
Fats........65g....585 cal
-----------------------------
Total 2425 cal.

I'm about 12-13% bf right now.

BTW...I'll be doing cardio 3-4 times per week, taking 6 Xenadrene caps per day, 1700 mg Glucophage, 50mg Winny, and 300-400mg Deca per week.

I'm gonna` assume your like 5'8 then.
Based on that your pretty close to what I
would do, but I'll tell you what I did last year. I weighted just over 190 and am 5'8 & I did this for almost 7 weeks....

YOU ARE AT THIS:
Protein....310g...1240 cal
Carbs......150g....600 cal
Fats........65g....585 cal = 2425 calories

I would do:
Protein...300...1200
Carbs.....150-80...600-720
Fats......80...720 = 2500 or so

This worked for me along with 5-6 days of cardio per week @ 45 minute sessions. It was very hard but was down to 176 on my 7th week.
Up your cardio x 2. It will work...I also was on the E/C/A bug me out stack.

*Note* - I cut out an additional 300 calories
for weeks 6-7 of my leaning out routine.

Hope this helps...
cheers

I was planning on going 10 weeks and keeping the cardio moderate, but I may try upping it and seeing where I end up on the 8th week.

That's why I will probably do that. I just don't want to get totally fatigued all day for eight weeks. I think the calories will be high enough to keep that from happening though.
