HEY BROS, I'M NOT TRYING TO START ANY PARANOIA OR ANYTHING, BUT A THOUGHT OCCURRED TO ME REGUARDING PGF2A. IT DESTROYS FATTY TISSUE, RIGHT? EVEN IM INJ RESULTS IN FATTY TISSUE LOSS THROUGHOUT THE BODY. SO WHAT STOPS IT FROM DESTROYING THE FATTY TISSUE OF THE BRAIN??? I NEED TO ADDRESS THIS QUESTION BEFORE I START TAKING IT. I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH BRAIN CELLS LEFT TO SPARE ANY! ------------------

Isnt it a spot therapy substance? If I shot in my bis, my gut doesnt shrink. ------------------ "Catch a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he eats for a lifetime."

PEOPLE WHO HAVE TRIED IT REPORT AN OVERALL REDUCTION IN BODY FAT THROUGHOUT THE BODY, WHICH MAKES ME THINK FATTY BRAIN TISSUE MAY BE AT RISK. I HAVE SEEN NO RESEARCH THAT WOULD SUGGEST THIS IS THE CASE, BUT I NEVER THE LESS WANT TO ADDRESS THE POSSIBILITY IT MAY HARM BRAIN TISSUE.

I am not 100% but I do beleive the actual brain has no fatty tissue. The human brain is made up of white and grey matter. I do work with neurosurgeons all day so today at work I will ask them this question to see what they say. peace

Instant, i dont know what's the effect of pgf on the brain, but there is alot of fat in your brain: each axon is coverd by a fatty matter-myelin, in your brain it's oligodendrogalia, and in the rest of your body (pns) it's schwann cells. i'm preaty sure that pgf's mechanisem is based on an interaction between the muscle cells and fatty tissue ,so pgf doesn't just "burn" fat wherever it comes by it-so allthough i dont know of any studies in to it- it look to me like that shouldnt be a major side of pgf . just my .2

To put a rest to this question. No one knows all the potential sides, nor the long term effects. It's a gamble when you jack it folks.... BZR

Prostaglandids are naturaly occuring out our bodies. I don't think that there is any fat burned outide of injection specific areas except that isn't due to the increased body temperature. If it did not cross the BBB (phospholipidbilayer) it would not be able to enter muscle cells. -Stew

STEW, DO YOU THINK THIS SITE DEPENDANT FAT REDUCTION OCCURS BECAUSE OF THE HIGH CONCENTRATION WITHIN THAT AREA? I DID NOT KNOW THAT PGF2A INCREASED BODY TEMP. I DON'T KNOW WHERE I MISSED THAT. SO, PGF2A WOULD NOT BE HARMFUL TO BRAIN TISSUE IF FAT CELL DESTRUCTION ONLY OCCURED AT INJ. SITES, WITH OTHER FAT REDUCTION OCCURING THROUGHOUT THE BODY AS A RESULT OF INCREASED BODY TEMPERATURE RATHER THAN CELL DESTRUCTION. HUCK MENTIONED LOSING AN INCH OR TWO OFF HIS WAIST WHEN TRYING IT OUT. I ASSUMED THIS FAT LOSS WAS DUE TO FAT CELL DEATH. OH, STILL ENJOYING MY PROTEIN, BRO ------------------

Again Brothers...we are amoung the first to venture into the unknown on this subject. From our posts, and experience, others will learn. From our mistakes, they will grow!! There is nothing conculsive about PGF2A, it effects everyone differently as you can see from the many posts on this board alone. Some recieve the full sides, others, very few. I, as Huck did, lost weight over my whole body. My waist was at 32 inches, and this with no cardio...and I stand at 6'4 at a hard 230. In some this process is very fast, in others, very slow....what else it effects in our bodies is still up for speculation Brothers....Kinda exciting isn't it!!! Heh heh heh heh BZR
