I have taken two shots of Deca 200 and want to add 10 amps of sten into my cycle as a light test. what would be the best way to do this? How often should i take the deca and how often should i take the sten? DO i need to pyramid the sten?     | ||

I like to do at least 200mg more of test in a stack with an anabolic such as deca. I think 500mg of deca and 700mg of test will do fine. If thats too much then adjust to what works. | ||

yes, but this is my first cycle i do not want a lot of test. How often would i have to take the sten to keep it affective? And how often should i take the deca whn stacking it with the sten? | ||

even if it's your first cycle, you should add a bit more test....10 amps won't do much for you. |
