I seem to be running out of creative ideas for this meal...What do you guys (and gals) do for your first meal of the day while you are on a cycle. I know that the first meal of the day it very important, especially while "on". Just looking for some new ideas....

I LOVE BREAKFAST. I WAKE UP AN HOUR BEFORE I HAVE TO SO I CAN TAKE MY TIME AND ENJOY IT. I EAT 3-5 EGGS EVERY MORNING WITH BACON OR SAUSAGE AND SOME COTTAGE CHEESE. SOMETIMES I PUT THE BACON OR SAUSAGE WITH THE EGGS, SOMETIMES I ADD CHEESE, SOMETIMES ONIONS AND BELL PEPPERS. YOU CAN DO ALOT WITH THOSE THREE FOODS.
