The diet is basically gonna be similiar to this everyday.. except somedays i'll eat fish or beef instead of chicken.. Ok.. upon wakening I took 3 thermicores to get the metabolism pumping...

Bfast (which im eating right now)
8oz skim milk
2/3 cup oats (stuff tastes like shit)
6 eggs

2nd Meal
2 chicken breasts
1 sweet potatoe
maybe some broccoli and carrots

3rd meal
Protein Shake
some broccoli or carrots

4th meal
Probably a protein shake again
broccoli or carrots (because ill be at work and won't have time to eat a full meal)

5th meal
either 2 chicken breasts again or some kind of fish and 1 sweet potato

6th meal (before bedtime)
1 protein shake
1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter

then sleep and do it all over the next day.. How does this sound? I stocked up at the grocery store last night. Bought a few whole chickens (precooked) and a bunch of precooked chicken breasts, tuna, etc..... Im mainly a chicken eater because I can't stand tuna, but i have to eat sometimes anyway. I think this is gona be easier then I thought. (eating clean that is) I never realized there are actually alot of decent tasting foods u can eat and still be eating clean and get full at the same time.. it just takes some effort to prepare the meals..

I would stay away from the skim milk-other than that looks good-why the peanut butter, is it just to keep you sane-what kind of gear will you be running with this-you don't like tuna huh.

I'd say to go with the flax seed oil instead of peanut butter. Looks pretty damn clean though. You might have to throw in some cheat days to remain sane, but that will get your BF on the DL... lol -deify

ps: I take the flax seed oil in the mornings and afternoon (mix with crystal light peach tea). It'll suck the first couple of times, but you'll get used to it.

good luck.

I think i'll be ok with the skim milk in the mornings.. I mean.. i have a fast metabolism naturally but when I was bulking I ate like shit.. thats the only reason I gained alot of fat. The peanut butter before bedtime with the shake for some fat content and calories before bedtime.. By the way, this isn't pre-contest.. im just trying to lose about 5-6% bodyfat in 8 weeks. Yes.. Im dropping the test and am going to continue running the deca at 400mg for the next 8 weeks.. Im have trouble deciding.. should I keep running the test but just switch to something more mild (im using cypionate right now) like sustenon? I don't want to be holding alot of water when im dieting.

bro, I basically eat the same types of food when bulking and cutting., except that from meals 2-5 I eat rice or lots of vegies. and some type of juice. I don't tend to break out bc I try to keep a clean diet. I don't go for the crazy calorie diet that puts on the same amount of fat as muscle!! I have to admit I do hit up a restaurant once in a while and do some pretty bad things.. 8)
I know you are cutting up... if anything the deca will retain more water at this point. I switched from enathate to sust 3weeks ago and I kept my size without the water retention. and i dropped the deca for primo!!! It's working lovely. can't beat primo+sust!!!!!!!!!
peace!!
