I am 17 yrs old. I weigh 140 probably 43 know, i am 5'8. I am slim but with a big upper body, and some definition with my back muscles. I have trouble gainig weight. My main goal is to gain a inch on arms, and to get stronger. My strength is not a probably. I guess it is because i am young, i don't even shave yet. And i was told, that your testerone is at your peak at around my age, how?. I take Protein shakes on a daily bases, i take creatine now and then, it upset my stomach. Any advice?. I plan on sticking to the natural route, for now!

If you want to get big-you've got to eat big-try upping your protein intake-no need to go higher than 1gra perlb you weigh because you're not juicing-Eat when you're not hungry, force the food down and after a while your appetite will increase-make sure you eat lots of carbs as well and watch the fat-hit the heavy exercises in the gym-try deadlifts and squats topack on more mass.

to put on weight you MUST up the Calories!!!!!!!! Calories = weight gain period!!!eat, eat, eat and train hard....you will grow!!!!
