If he is a pimp than he is Golden...  Check with reputable bros... You can always trust a mod, but references that you can actually verify like different people on the boards is a good way also... | ||

Ask around with some of the reputable members, longtime members, mods, ect. Also, if their prices seem too good to be true, they are not a true source. ------------------ | ||

Well there is no 10000% sure way to tell a TRUE source anyone can turn scammer in a heart beat. some mods on boards will back a scam I`ve been around for a long time so I`ve seen all this shit. sometimes a mod will think a guy is good the mod backs that person and turns scammer. as far as prices too good to be true there are legit people out there with super good prices. so if you find a good source and you know his word is gold stick with him. become friends with him get his # so if ever does turn scam you know where to find him. Good advice up above. It's important to have your source checked out and for your source to know that you've done so. So be sure to ask whoever you find for a list of his references. And like mentioned above just remember there's no guarantees in this game. Only send what you can afford to lose. ------------------ | ||

A ton of good advice above, but the best is probably by slabcat, "Only send what you can afford to lose." Hang around long enough and you will hear plenty of stories of lost cash or gear (customs, etc.). I got lucky with my first purchase, he turned out to be a great guy, but me sending over 500 bills without knowing jack about him wasn't the smartest thing I had ever done. | ||

I always check up on my source with a mod before I order.I may only order once every couple of months.Alot can happen in a few months though,getting busted,turned scammer,etc.Just because you order from him once and everything went fine,don't get too confident.Unless you order from him on a weekly basis,treat every order like it is youre first time. | ||

A mod is short for Moderater: they monitor this board and have the power to delete posts and/or members if they need to. They are usually up to speed on sources or could hep you verify one of your own and give you direction...if you ask real nicely  ------------------ | ||
