bro I see lou ferigno everyday at the gym, I would say he weighs about 265, he is getting big again, he is big as hell, a legend, I just stare at him, and think man what would it be like to be like, or be lou ferigno. | ||

I saw Lou in LAX about 3 years ago during his last comeback. I was signing to my brother (who is deaf) when Lou came up and started talking to my bro, I guess Lou is mostly deaf too. He was so huge, but dressed nice. Strangly, the lasting thought I had was, where the hell does this guy get his clothes? He was a very, very nice guy. | ||

IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY, LOU HAD THE LARGEST ARMS IN THE WORLD FOR QUITE SOME TIME. I CAN'T QUITE REMEMBER, BUT I THINK THEY WERE 24 INCHES. | ||

Big louie was 24 when they shot pumping iron back in '75, so that makes him what, about 51? The guy is a freak, being 6'5 myself, I hope to be as big as him. Arnold is big too, I guess. JK | ||

I have a ton of respect for Lou Ferigno and his genetics. Although what the hell happened with his one arm? It looks a little smaller than the other. Sorta like Paul Orndorf from wrestling. Did he injure it or was it always like that? |
