I've been having problems with sore wrists and was wondering if any of you guys had an ideas to help out. I've been using wraps for about two months and they helped a little bit a first but I'm about back to same place lately. The wraps I have I have are the ones with the thumb hole that wrap around about 1 1/2 times and seal with velcro. Do I need to try the ones that look like ace bandages for better support ? Any ideas would be appreciated, and I know this opens the door to some real good jokes, but I am just looking for help now not laughs. Thanks.

Peace

Watch your form, or better have someone else do it. It happens a lot if you dont lock your wrists. I do it without even knowing. Watch on bis and tris and see if they move. When you move them in those exercises they will aggrivate it and become sore.

Bro there is some excercise that your doing thats causing the pain, you know which one makes it hurt you might be bending the wrist back on bench or in my case when i squat I put the weight a little lower on the shoulders than some and found myself holding some of the weight with my wrist bent back and it started hurting now I wrap on every set but unwrap after to let the blood flow to help heal it and its starting to get better. Hope you get better!
