I'm on SUst right now, like my 4ths cycle
and on all cycle, it seems my arm falls asleep so much, from lack of blood, especially while I"m sleeping, anyone else notice alot of this while on?

I was getting this all the time - but I don't think it is from lack of blood - I read that when a limb falls asleep, it is b/c you put pressure on a nerve and that is the sensation.
my theory is that the pumps and such are good and the swelling muslces easily crimp the nerves and hence the falling asleep.

I agree that it feels like it needs blood in it, but think about it - if your limb was really lacking in blood, I think it would look and react a little different than it does. you can still move it, it just feels weird. it feels weird b/c of the nerve crimping

Very common. Can't explain it, can only speculate. You're arms are bigger, vains are bigger, easier to cut off circulation when you lay on them the wrong way.

Are you taking an eca stack? I was told they have the capabilty to cause poor circulation. I cant see how, but a Doc told me to lay off .

Same thing happened to me. I would have dreams that my arm or hand would get cut off. Then I'd wake up with a numb hand or arm because it fell asleep. I hate that feeling!

Sent to me by Dr Atlas:

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, or any other inpingement of the median nerve,
can be distinguished by weakness, tingling or numbness it the area of the
thumb and index finger. If the pain etc. extends beyond the middle finger
into the ring and little fingers, chances are it isn't CTS. The symptoms
you describe indicate nerve involvement. Thoracic outlet (TOS) isn't recognized
by some medical professionals, but have them check you out for it. The noninvasive
tests for TOS involve monitoring the radial pulse in serveral different
positions. Request Allen's, Adson's, hyperextension and hyperabduction tests.
If any of these positions cause a reduction in the radial pulse, it is a
positive sign for TOS. The definitive test is an MRI. The only treatments
I can recommend is to stretch your pec minor and scalene muscles. The medics
may order a nerve conduction velocity test. If they do, I myself would be
tempted to decline it and go straight for the MRI. NCV tests hurt like hell
and aren't really diagnostic in cases like these. I think TOS may be aggravated
by cycles, or by water retention, an it is aggravated by the forward-head/rounded
shoulders many bros develop from overworking chest muscles so that they
are imbalanced to their back muscles. Good shoulders back, head directly
over shoulders posture helps. If the neurosurgeon can't offer a clear diagnosis,
request physical therapy preferably from a PT with an orthopedic specialty.
