I usually stick with Natrol/Prolab and Twinlab. I stay away from cheap shit. You save $1 but you might end up with $15 worth of sugar pills. | ||

It's also about purity assays from independent testing. Natrol (who also owns Prolab), Twinlabs, and some others always came out on top. So I figure I'd stick with those. Big time companies that have been around for a long long time are more trustworthy than no-name brands that just opened up 2 weeks ago. Price plays a factor too. Can you imagine anyone selling co-q10 for less than .10 cents a pill? There's such thing as too cheap to be true. There's no 100%, you can only reduce your chance of getting ripped off by eliminating as much possibilities. | ||

Optimum and American Bodybuilding have some good stuff at reasonable prices. The best supplements in the world don't do you a bit of good if you can't afford them, so cost is a factor for us poor folks. | ||
