I start cutting tommorow.. Im on low funds so I can't afford to keep running my test but I have plenty of deca. I am going to cut with only ripped fuel and 400mg/deca per week for 10 more weeks. Doing early morning cardio on an empty stomach 4 days a week for 25 minutes on the mornings I train and on my days off doing cardio for 45min - 1 hour in the afternoon. Not completely cutting the carbs but watching them closely, especially after 7pm. Im aiming to lose 5% of my bodyfat in 8-10 weeks.. wish me luck. If I see im not going to reach my goal I will purchase some DNP and run it for 7 days.. that should definately get me there. I will post pictures at the end of the 10 weeks! I won't be in contest shape but I plan on being a hell of a lot more cut then I am now.. around 10%. After i lose it im going to promise myself i'll never do another insane bulking cycle like I have been where I eat anything and everything.. I don't ever want to get this high on bodyfat again, it sucks! I'm suppose to look good and I don't! It's frustrating.. but mark my words.. i'll be ready for summer!!

Oh i forgot to mention this.. Right now im around 242lbs.. I want to get down to around 215-220 and be fairly lean but keep most of my muscle.

You can loose the weight...but I'm telling you from here on out it's going to be tough..Dieting down is hard, everyone who does it, knows it and hates it. I remember dieting last year..I was crabby as hell. Keep the diet strict ! Do cardio session 5-6 times a week for up to 40-60 minutes if you can...it must be intense. I'm only 5'8 and weigh 185 right now *NO GEAR* and am naturally very lean. I'm doing a cycle this year and hope to be at 200 by next summer leaned out, I've been told from some very big boys here in Canada that i should pump hardcore.I'm not good with gear yet, but am good with diet..I have abs all year around and it's f'ing hard as hell !! hope to see your pics in a few months...
