Hi guys, Anyway i was afraid that my parents would find my juice so I hid my omnadran amps in a safe next to a boiler so they would not find it, and my amps have been exposed to high temperatures. I wouldn't think it would hurt it, I've heard of guys putting their gear in boiling water for up to 10 minutes to kill bacteria just in case some of the rumors that have been floating around the boards were true or not. | ||

There gear is fine. Yes some people do boil water and stick the amps in there. Reason is unknown to me. Bacteria can not get into a seal amp, now if it was in there when it was sealded then yes it is but amps are usually med grade ASes. So they take the proper measures that there AS is clean. Not vet grade, totally diffrent story. But just to let you know I heat up my gear every time before I inject it so no heat won't amage your goods. But prolonged exposure is not good for it, so I would suggest moving it somewhere else. | ||
