37 years, about at natural peak. About to do first cycle. Damn Deppnade - that one hell of a lot of Sust for a first cycle! Hats off to you. I am still debating 400 or 500 of Test Cyp for my first. Wow. | ||

I trained like a animal with nothing but free weights for 2 solid years before i touched any gear, I started at 16stone in weight with 15" arms, in two years I got them upto 18" natural and I got my body weight upto 17st10lbs, with a bf of 15%, I was benching 155kilo's natural and deadlifting 240kilo's, I started juicing about six months ago and have now progressed upto 270lbs and a 14%bf, my height is 6ft exactly, my arms are now 19" cold and on there way to 20" pumped, I am benching 407lbs and deadlifting 616lbs, also leg pressing 1250lbs for sets of 8 reps, my chest is measuring 52". I have been on gear solid for 6 months, just changing compound every 10 weeks etc. Any comments/question's welcome. ------------------ | ||

Nope, I didn't reach my natural potential. Started when I was 18 @ 185lbs, bf around 9% or so... now im 242lbs @ 15-16%, getting ready to cut up...... | ||

I started at 160lbs @15%BF. I trained, ate, and slept bodybuilding for close to 4 years. My training was based around power movements 3 days a weeks cycled with lighter, isolations movements 4 days a week. I got up to 215 @ 10% BF NATURALLY but it took 4 years. Then I dieted down to 185 @ 6% BF, again ALL NATURAL I reached my genetic potential (or atleast damn close) so this past june I did my first cycle of sust/deca/primo. I went from 190 to 218 during my 10 week run and my BF stayed at or below 10%. I have been off since novemeber and have remained at 210 at around 10-11% BF. By the way I am 25 so I started my first cycle at 25. lomaximo | ||

I started working out in '89, I was about 130lbs. I workedout off and on till '97 and I did one cycle of d-bol, I don't think you could really call it a cycle took 100tabs randomly. My first real cycle of deca and test I went from185 to 212. I've been natural for a little over a month and I plan on doing 2 or 3 cycles a year. The truth is steriods help, but its not f'n magic. | ||

HI all, new to board and I don't want to post any bad info, but when I know something, I'll chime in to help as maybe I can now. Been lifting for about 10 years. Started about about 20. Hit a peak w/ supps and diet, etc at 6'3 220 w/ about 15% b.f. Started my first cycle at 31 and jumped to 260 lbs!! My body freakin' loved it and finally said YAHOOOO!. Off cycle came back down to 238 to 240 w/ 5 months off. manta | ||

its definitely true that juice isnt magic at all, it isnt a magic pill or a magic get big fast gimmick, it takes alot of patience and focus and dedication 750 sus wasnt that big a deal to me at all, i know it sounds like alot for a first but i like to use big doses, anyway, as meanone says, anything under a gram is sissy anyway right mean

Ive been training since i was 17 on and off. Never took it serious. Kind of a half hearted thing. Until about 3 years ago. Ive been training hard / Nutrition, etc. I am now 26 and I feel I have definately reached my natural potential. So I have (just last week)started on EQ. |
