I keep track of all this stuff - I have another one for actual lifts. the %bf isn't filled out b/c I just got one of the scales that measures it but it isn't here yet.
the different colors are what shipments I got the various things in.

I did something similar with excel, I just charted out the short-term gear I was taking. You gave me some ideas that I'll apply to my spreadsheet. Thanks
