hey bros-- I was wondering if the border patrols were being very picky with searches. What I mean is that springbreak is here and there are alot of people trying to smuggle back gear. Need advice on where to store my gear in a chev.Z1 pickup truck year model 1997. Is there a place under my hood where I can store gear or should I put the gear inside the truck. Stay Hungry     | ||

First keep your gear down to about $500. And don't be a bud and buy for someone else. Because they are not your buds and they won't bail you out of jail or pony up the money for the fine. Plus carry that much cash ($500) because that is what your fine will be if you get caught. Vials cant be sniffed by dogs but pills can. Don't try and get smart and hide the shit...because you aint. Not an insult but pros get caught all the time. If you are going to drive just put the shit in your luggage. A vial here a vial there. By some cheap shit but no booze. Tell the border you have nothing to declare except the cheap trinkets. | ||

I always heard they are trained to smell that pharmacy smell, it is foreign, so thats what I was told, but Im sure its all bullshit. | ||

Those dogs cant even smell weed good even after blazing it. They are looking for big shipments anyways then the dogs sdo their thing. There is always a risk youll get caught NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO, I know some people that are 'pros' at that and they got busted so even if you do everythign right there is a chance (maybe small) that youll get popped. Dogs can smell pills!!! They aren't trained to though. The number one thing that will get you searched is profiling...if you look like a juicer or a drug dealer you are in trouble. Number two is your reaction. Border dudes can sense nervousness. It's their job. I've heard than on your person is the way to go...anyone have any opinions on this? Tape it to your nut sack or your ass.  Dogs sniff there anyway. | ||

Hey bro that was me one week ago. Went south got $500 worht of gear and threw it in the back of my jeep. On the way through the boarder, I saw a few cops, and a Dog!! I was scared shitless. The line moved foreward and they walked right by my car and the line stopped so the back of my jeep was right straight with them. I swear the dog looked straight at me through my side mirror. I thought I was up the creek. I started to think of what I would tell my aunt when she came to pick me up from my cell. But he didn't bark, he sneezed. I think he had a cold or something. I got to the toll guy and he asked what I was bringing back and why I was in MX. I held up some p.o.s. souveneers, told him I was in TJ partying with some friends, and before I could finish he told me to go ahead. Holy $#!& was I relieved. | ||

Go to a smoke shop and get a stash can. There are fix a flats, engine cleaner cans ect. They don't give a shit about little roid shipments, their looking for illigals and trucks of coke and smack. The real risk is the Pharmacys. Alot of them narc you out to get thier drugs back. Thats right, they tell the border patrol your car and liscense and in return the border patrol return what ever you bought from them. I'm practically family to my pharmicy other wise I'd worry. I agree partly Zeke_B. In my opinion if your buying from a pharm you don't know which I assume you are. Then go deeper into mex. I mean there are two guys that have $2,000,000 on there heads in TJ so the border patrol isn't going to spend a whole day waiting for a 92 blue ford festiva with a black male 20-30 yrs old to come rolling through. In this case, I'm repeating anecdotal information. I'll readily admit I don't know shit. Perhaps these tips sometimes get on a list which sometimes gets distributed which sometimes are observed by the guards you drive past. Thousands of cars pass through, but if they only got a handful of tips with license plates.... | ||

Dude don't think I'm flaming you at all. At least I hope you don't. It's fact that certain Pharmacies rat you out. If they can get their shit back and keep your money then that's what their going to do. I'm not admitting to knowing everything about border transactions but I've been doing this for awhile and this is what I've heard from the pharmacists in the TJ area. | ||
