Ok here goes. I've been reading this fourm for a few weeks now lots of good info out there so hopefuly some one can help me out. Poblem is this I can only get to the gym on Sat. and Mon. I have plates DBs BB here at home so working every day is not a prob. I just don't know how to set a rutine so as not to fuck my self up. Any help woud be great. That is a little tough since you don't have many "gym" days. I would tackle my chest and shoulders on mon, and get my back and legs in on sat. From home you could do bi's and tri's. Its a pretty standard 3 day split (not the best) but it will suffice if you only have that many gym days. This way you are working the major muscle groups in the gym, and it is easy to work the others at home. Good luck, and eat well.

Yeah that is basicaly what I have been doing for the past 4 weeks with exception of my back. Until this past week I was working it same day with my chest, this board changed that. Thanks. ------------------

i agree with first time, the way he is telling you to go is probably best right now. if you can increase your gym days down the road, repost and we could help you more. ------------------
