I never was able to find good info on this topic, why bridge and how long to bridge for, and what to use while bridging? Let's say for example, 8 weeks on and 4 weeks off and the 8 more weeks on. What would you use, if anything at all,during the 4 weeks off. And why? People seem to talk about this more and more and i was wondering theie thinking behind this.

I DO NOT REALLY KNOW THAT MUCH ABOUT BRIDGING BECAUSE I HAVE NEVER REALLY BEEN INTERESTED IN IT. I AM GUESSING PEOPLE BRIDGE TO GET THERE NATURAL TEST FLOW BACK WHILE KEEPING THERE GAINS POST CYCLE. I AM PRETTY SURE THE ONLY 2 TYPES OF GEAR YOU CAN BRIDGE WITH ARE ANAVAR AND PRIMO. I AM NOT POSITIVE ON THIS SO IF I AM NOT CORRECT ON ANY OF IT PLEASE CORRECT ME.

Yes most brigding products are those that are anabilic...Brigding can become a very dangerous act......You are never "off" your body not getting a break causeing stress to your system...Keep in mind too much of anything...YES anything...for all you freaks out there LOL! is dangerous.....

for briging you can use primo, anavar and slin.people bridge for the fact that when you come off gear you usually lose a good 10-15 pounds, so if you bridge you will keep everything and then when you start your next cycle you will be much heavier.this is my first time bridging between cycles and im very happy.im tired of being a yo-yo gain 30 lose 15 gain 20 lose 10.fuck that.now its time to get big and stay that way
