boring post but hey if i get a reply its worth it do i have a cold or is it my allergies i live in jersey a ton of rain lately im congested but dont feel run down flem is bright thick green, mmmm yummy     | ||

Don't know for sure, but if it raining it probably isn't allergies. If you are feeling good, it might not ba a cold, but it could be a simlple sinus infection. I had one a couple months ago, it gave me a sore throat too. I went to the doc, got some anti-biotics, and a decongestant. | ||

It's a cold. Most allergies will not yield thick mucus. Take something like robatussin (sp?), it helps to break up the congestion and get rid of it quicker before you get an infection. I just got over one. Felt like shit but still made it to the gym. Interesting enough, my poundages actually increased a little. | ||

You should just take some cough syrup like was suggested. He is right, allergies USUALLY will not yeild thick flem. | ||

GREEN!? In my lifetime my phlegm has never been anything past yellow,clear, or white. Check with the guy you have coming up from MD to see what would be good for just before competing. I did see on the news this week that the allergy season is beginning here. The rains and cold air doesn't help. |
