this is addressed to all the DNP experts, i have 2 DNP cycles under my belt and read everything i can get my hands onto about DNP.
i would like to know if would loose more fat doing plan A or plan B. and i mean in total fat. like would i loose more at the end of 2 weeks in plan A or 1 week at plan B.

Plan
A) 400mg/day for 7 days, take the next week off and then do 400mg/day for 6 days. so a total of 2 weeks on DNP

B) 600mg/day for 8 days.

i would like to know which would loose me more fat. thank u.

you will lose more LBS by plan A... B/C you are using it for longer...If you want some serious loss go for 1g per day... it has been reported a 2% BF drop every week with that dose... i am doing it now.... Been 5 days and down 1%

Hey Rugby, I was wondering how much you weighed. The reason is that from all that I've read, it's potentially lethal at four times the normal dose. Just wondering is you're at that limit or past it.

Sorry for cutting in, but I beg to differ. Rugby weighs
230-240lbs, thats around 105Kg, and 1000mg of
DNP is less than 10mg/Kg for him. Which is
considered the high end of the spectrum.
This dosage will raise the metabolic rate 75-85%.
6-8mg/Kg raises the met.rate by 50%. And the
sides are pretty much the same. I would never
go higher than 10mg/Kg though.....

plan A, is much better,
i've only once tried using more than 9mg per kg- and i dont think i'm gonna do it again, it's doesn't worth it.
but 8 mg oer kg is a good dose for, me and doing a 7 day on 7 off is the best way to use it.
