smoothed out a touch this week, holding water, time to figure out what happened 1) started anavar on sun? nah couldnt be that 2)stopped clen last week? nah not that either 3)cold or allergies starting up? maybe a touch 4)about 2 weeks ago pumped the a-50's up to 3 from 2? possibly they r unimed, so are they even real if they r i hear they are under dosed, 14 days later water retention starts? i guess this could be a strong possibility 5)added another 6 egg whites into the diet over 3 meals, now up to 36 a day? ya alot of sodium. my guess is #s 4 and 5

do cut back on those A50's. winny added to your cycle should help with the A50 water retention. i don't see sodium ever being a problem until the last week. if you're not eating red meat, i would suggest to start doing so today. too many guys that don't eat red meat during the last weeks of contest prep end up too stringy at the show. red meat should be in your diet, even if it does have a little more fat content than chicken breasts. the qualities of red meat far exceed the extra fat that comes with it. just don't cheat with your diet from here till after the show if you have any other questions, feel free to ask me PA | ||

36 a day? damn I would throw-up so fast... I used to make 7 egg omlettes and I had a tough time.... you are def. what I call committed. | ||

That's alotta eggs, so the sodium along with more A50 would definitly do it. Just through some winny in the mix and you should be alright. | ||

towards the end of your diet, i'd say to start switching over to chicken breasts from eggwhites. the thermic effect of the breasts is far greater than the eggwhites. and drop the protein shakes at 3 weeks or so. keep the red meat in the mix till show day.....i like what it does for maintaining mass during diets. there are so many little dietary tricks such as this that really help you shed that last little layer of subcutaneous fat.....you just need to learn which techniques work for your body. i find that the more i concentrate on my diet and posing, the leaner i get. training for me stays the same, moderate volume and high intensity...moderate to low reps i hope this helps PA | ||

lots of us have been on stage. the prep is the same for all of us and the questuions similar as well. Its not the egg whites if there natural and not egg beaters. The sun if you burn can make you appear smooth as the skin is damaged. I stop all outside tanninga nd natural tanning 1 week out. I only took anadrol in half does to keep size while pulling water and last second bodyfat. I am not sure what you weigh but the a bombs are heavily suspect at this point though if you carb and water deplete the last week which I am sure you do holding water at this point is not a big concern. not the clen or anavar and silly question are you drinking a shit load of water still? may seem silly but if not you may be holding water for that very reason. The last things is you don't mention if your protein sources are all raw? By this there are chicken breast and turkey breast that are sodium pumped and flavored and all contain heavy sodium which some mis interput as they are low in fat.

i take in all solid proteins no shakes for the 12 week diet and never a cheat meal, i spoke to one of my old trainers hes coming from md today =he used to do leverone- he said it was the stimulant stoppage, good advice on dropping the eggs i start that this sunday drop 1 meal and replace with chicken then next week drop 1 more meal replace with chicken then the last week when loading drop the 3rd. i will add red meat once a week. thanks a ton guys its nice to having a sounding board. oh v has been in the mix for awhile id write my cycle out but i dont wanna scare anyone hahahahahahahahhaha man this board has been a life saver as far as being a release and getting confirmation anyone here who competes probably already realizes this but a few words whatever they are help and anything i can ever do for anyone i wouldnt hesitate |
