Sorry if this is a ridiculous question but... Drugs and gear are big business in Mexico, and\or other countries, they have doctors on hand, why couldn't they just write you a script before sending you your gear? Wouldn't that make it illegal for customs to stop? Some of these drugs are still legal in US w\ scripts arent they? IE Aids patients... Like I said, I could be wrong, if so.. sorry and delete this post. later.     | ||

You can get the products shipped into the US even if if you don't have a US prescription. The person sending must provide information as to how the product is used. Include the doctor's name, address, and phone number who will be overlooking your treatment, and provide your name, address, and treatment. That is how I interpret the new regulation.

I doubt customs in the receiving country is stupid enough to believe that the 40 amps of sust, the 2 x 10ml vials of eq and the 300 dbol are for medical use. | ||

Schedule 3 substances fall under the jurisdiction on the DEA not the FDA. The new rules apply to non-scheduled items. |
