Tonight is my final shot (#8) of my sust 500mg / deca 300mg per week cycle. I'm going to kick in the Clomid 3 weeks after the last shot. I've done more research on this as well as digesting some posts on here and that seems to be the best time due to allowing levels to drop and my body actually having a need for the Clomid.

My real question is...when should I kick in the Clen? 1 week after last shot? 2 weeks? Wait till I start the Clomid?

By the way, thanks to everyone on here for the great info I used before (preparing)and during my cycle. It helped tremendously. I picked up a very clean 20 lbs so far. This was my first cycle ever. It feels awesome to get looked at alot more by the hot spandex bunnies at my gym. I LOVE IT!!! Gonna be a great summer too!

I would wait 2 weeks to start the clen. At this time the sus is dwindling and you will want to start to use clen to help with increaing cortisol level. I would add 20 to 30 grams of glutamine, this will help a lot also.

I use alot of Mike Mentzer's Heavy Duty principles. I train 3 days a week using heavy, controlled, low rep, single sets to failure. I use machines (Med-X) almost exclusively VS free weights. I like them better. I've used both at some point in my training life. My training days are:

Sunday morning
Tuesday evening
Thursday evening

I train upper body one day, switch to lower body, then back to upper body, etc...

My exercises are as follows:

Upper body-
Pec dec
Chest press
Palms up close grip pulldowns
Pullovers
Bicep curl
Shoulder press
Abs

Lower body-
Seated calf
Standing calf
Leg curl
Leg extension
Leg press

Alot of people don't like Mentzer's theories and think they just don't work. The one day a week workouts are for people training natural and have poor recoverablity. People using AS can tolerate more training days.

I think you are wrong about the one day per week, personally I can train each muscle harder, I just started doing it... and my chest is still sore 5 days after... I am def. going to gain w\ this new routine. I was at a 3 day per week split, and I just felt like I wasnt at the gym enough.

Give us a basic outline of your training schedule. I'm always interested in how others do it.

I'll probably lower my # of days about 2 weeks after my last shot. Thats when the test levels will start to drop significantly, so i'll be more succeptable to overtraining.
