I am planning a deca/d-bol stack this summer,my first question, is tokkyo d-bol good stuff?I am planning on doing 25mg a day,so how should I take the 10mg tabs?I was thinking about taking 1 in the morning,1 about mid day,then half a tab before bed.Or would it be better to take 5 halves more frequently through out the day to get my 25 mg.

Let me qualify by saying that I am far from an expert, but I believe that dball is metabloized very quitckly. My understanding is that you want to take your doses no more than 4hrs apart (6-8 times per day).

The dbol is very good. All dbol should be taken every 4-6 hours to keep level - just because it dissolves in your mouth quickly doesn't change the chemical structure at all. I take dbols 4 times a day (as do many others) so the every 6 hours isn't really necessary. I have done the 5mg (they look like thias) but not the 10mg yet, Im confident they are of the same quality though.

Where do you get your information from Justincredbol?? I'm just curious as to where you heard the 10mg are underdosed? Personal experience, word of mouth or on these message boards?

Justin has made one other claim like this, I asked him for proof and told him about the lab work available for the ttokkyo line (except the dbol - as I know it hasnt been INDEPENDENTLY tested) he refused to answer so my guess is he doesn't know what hes talking about. The 5mg were tested at 5.6mg, I think the 10's will be inbetween 9-11 mg's.

average doses according to bodyweight are 20-40 mg/day if your loading 10mg tabs all you need is 1 in the a.m. and 1 p.m. thats it.
over 200lbs youll double that by 2/day twice
per day.thats the best and only way to get the most bang for your buck

I guess some people dont swallow them they like to play with them first? But it happens, wither swallow it or let it dissolve.

i personally like to take 3/4 of my d-bol dose 1 hr before my workout and the other 1/4 a couple hours afterwards. seems to work great for me and boosts my intensity level, but this is just personal preference.
