Looks good. I have never tried that split, but for me hitting tri's before shoulders would cause some what of a problem. Even though there is a day off, my tri's usually stay sore for atlease 2days. But if you don't have that problem, then your split looks good. I only have a limited time to workout, so my new split is looking like this: MON... Chest Tues... back Wen.... legs Thr.... shoulders/traps Fri... bi/tris SAT... Off Sun... Off This is my first week of trying it, and I'm loving it. I hit the gym hard for 45-1hr. Keep us updated on your split. | ||

I got great results off that exact split BJ. I like it cause my tris dont get too burnt doin shoulders so you can swap wed and thurs when in the mood for a change. Also, after a while I threw Bi's in on tues with back, and tri's with chest on mon, lets you train them twice a week. I cant wait to go back to that split after im done with my current program. thake it easy.......KrashRt | ||
