Its been a while, but basically i think its just an herbal extract. Supposedly to help with liver functions. I've heard guys will take it to help deal with toxic orals and stuff, don't know if it really helps though. you can get it at any gnc or nutrition store. later. | ||

It's an OTC ancillary that is used with almost all AS cycles that invlove orals (17aa gear)... I would take 2x the recommended dosage on the bottle... DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM GNC, they are a rip-off! If your local mall has a Vitamin World, shop there...very cheap and they have a frequent customer program!! ------------------ | ||

I heard that it works. I will see in 6 weeks my next liver test will tell. I was taking it for a week before my last liver test and my liver enzymes was still high. | ||

The recommended dosage according to the book Green Pharmacy Herbal Handbook is 420 - 840 mg of Silymarin. So if you buy a 525mg milk thistle with 80% Silymarin, 420mg of it will be Silymarin. If I'm gonna be taking oral roids, I'd take 525mg of the above twice a day. | ||
