Do you think the pain will go away once the cylce is over?

I did sust and deca and am just coming down off of it now. towards the end, my shoulders were killing me (I wasn't injecting there, I was in glutes). Now that I've been off the sust for two weeks and I'm tapering the deca down, I have no shoulder pain when I workout. ------------------ I'm harder than Chinese arithmetic.

I just came off a omna and deca cycle for ten weeks and my shoulders are killing me. Your shoulders just arent use to the poundage your able to do while on a cycle. I'm small boned and very strong for my size so that has alot to do with it. Hopefully my tendons catch up with the weight I do. ---PEACE---Mad Max

chiropractic adjustments and ibuprofin, 2 tabs every 4 hours, worked great for me, remember the h2o for the kids... ------------------

I also laid off the heavy flat benches too, side note, when I went to a low angle bench press lowering the bar to my neck my chest grew better than it had in years... ------------------

there is a product put out by a company called NOW. its is Glucosamine MSM and condroten. you guys know what glucosamine and condrorten does ...... rebuilds the joint. But the MSM is a natural anti-inflamitory. it works AWSOME. i take and all my buds take it some for pains and some just for preventative messures later all

what kind of pain do you experience?? I get pain in my shoulders, but its bc they get so pummped up that I feel that they are going to blow up and it hurts. Same thing with my lower back!! every other body part just gets a nice tight pump. I guess the blood just doesn't circulate as well in those areas.(shoulders/lowerback)

I was recently feeling some shoulder pain because I started using heavier weights, following a high weight/few sets routine for a few weeks to build strength. I bought some Glucosamine and I have been feeling much better the last few days, the pain is pretty much diminished completely. It might be ironic or just natural healing due to time, but I am betting the Glucosamine helped some because it was persistent before I took it and has since pretty much disappeared. Good luck.

I have been taking a double dose of glucos/chondr for 2 weeks and I dont feel much of a difference. I know it takes time to build up so I will keep taking it. I will go pick up some msm, I heard that works well as an anti-imflamitory. ------------------ "Catch a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he eats for a lifetime."

My left shoulder(rotor cuff) is fucked up, its been like this for over 2 years-------My wife is a physical therapist so she works on it almost everyday------The key is to take a break from any type of movement that hurts the area----(2 weeks)Ice it and train your rotor cuff muscles------stand straight up and hold a 5-10 pound dumbbell in your hand and bring it up like your doing hammer curls, when at the top position ----pull shoulders back, hold your elbow in to your side and bring the weight away from your body real slow and smooth and go as far out and in as possible without pain---do 3 sets of 15-20 each arm---------These are also good to do for anyone ----esp, if your planning on going on the bean------I'm waiting until after the summer for surgury---------But train the cuffs--------you made feel stupid doing these but most of the pros train theirs, after learning the hard way!
