The whey should be alright, and add in some tuna. (30g/can) If you are bulking you may want to switch to a weight gainer though for added calories. I use N-Large 2 made by Prolab. I put 2 servings of that with 3 cups of milk and 1 cup of ice cream and 2 bananas. That gives me about 150g of protein and 2000 calories. I drink that throughout the day along with other meals of course and it is great. The powder and the ice cream I use are vanilla and it tastes awsome. Just use a blender and you can even sip on it slowly they taste so good. Ummmmmm, I going to have one now. | ||

?What else do you want. I take in atleast 150grams just from shakes. Then I eat chicken and all other kinds of shit throught the day. Figure out right now what is more important to bulk or to add a little"little"mass while trying to stay slim. I would bulk eat anything and everything then cut down.... |
