i should be asking this question on the training message board, but this is the most frequented board so i thought i'd come here. when doing decline press for chest do the elbows stay tucked in, or do they come out? thanks

This is just my Opinion but Declines are shit, but if you insist on doing then the closer you tuck in your elbows the less of your tricep used

Keep you elbows in. Find the grip you like and put keep your forearm (from your writs to your elbows) vertical with the floor. Thats what works for me.
