I'm presently using 100mg win and 250mg sust. 2x wk.(2 3cc inj.\wk) Is this an effective stack for mass? I'm getting stronger, but mass gains are slow. Sust. took about 4wks. for me to see improvements. I used 5/8" needles for delt. injs. but later switched to 1" glute injs. Does mixing win. and sust. or only a 5/8 affct.effectiveness of absorbtion? Any adv. if deca is added?     | ||

They are both H20 base correct ? If so, I see no problem taking them together, I think it would work rather nice. ------------------ | ||

I'm only speaking from personal experince here. First off I would not mix the winny and sus in one needle, as one is oil and one is water. You could mix to oil bases together or two waters together but not an oil and a water. As for the needle length I would suggest that those are a little short, as a rule of thumb I alway say 1" for the delt and thighs and 1.5" for the glute. Just to be on the safe side because any of it goes into fat, then it's a waste. rocko | ||

Dont mix an oil based steroid and a water based steroid in the same injection! Drink the winny. I think that's been said about 10000000 times over and over. Come on guys. If you want to add the deca, it's cool to mix the sust with that in one injection. damn ROCKO you got FAT DELTS or what..1" rule of thumb-delt----for who.... ..now i do use an inch for delt, but also 5/8 works fine for me and im sure 1/2" would also, now my delts are big, there's just not to much fat on them, ...theres alot of peeps that dont have delts and suggesting 1" at the smallest might not be a good idea... AS TO MIXING H20 + OIL: have no-personal expierence, but good friend of mine does it all the time...and w/ no problems and also says there's no difference... ------------------ | ||

Uhmm.. I would not advise you to mix winny and sust. Mixing oil and water based gear is not a good idea! The needle size depends on your body weight/fat etc. You should be able to feel the needle penetrate your skin go through the fatty tissue easily and then have to go through another layer (muscle).. You will know when your in the muslce. | ||

I have read that mixing-water based and oil-based substances is not a good idea, but I have never experimented for myself. Give it a try, if you get an abcess, shell out the cash to have the doc drain it, and never do it again. I would just stay on the safe side, but I am no doc, so if you want to go ahead and mix. | ||

What is the reason for not mixing water and oil based steroids? I know they separate, so the water should go to the top of the needle, and go deepest into the muscle, right? Will the oil then switch with the water base and maybe push it out of the injection site? Just curious. | ||
