Question: What is your training philosophy in the weeks just before you plan to go on? Do you push hard, to be at your max at the time you start? Or do you back off a little, so your body is rested and "ready to rock"? BB | ||

I like to hit it hard so any major soreness is worked through before you begin. Also , I like to know I am at a plateau before the juice so when I go on I can be aware of what is working. ------------------ |
