The best weight gainer in the world is lots of food. I mean good food like eggs, chicken breasts, steak, pasta, rice potatoes, and good fruits & vegetables. One thing that is a must, is consistancy. None of that oh I'll do it later bull crap. I look foreward to going to the gym every day. Day in and Day out. Creatine, 100%whey protien, glutamine, vitamin C, and some good zinc-magnesium supplement, are also beneficial. Work out one to one and a half hours a day, three days on and one day off. If you push yourself to the limits, you will see success.

At 160 make sure you get 240g of PROTEIN a day, Diet is 95% of the game, adjust your weightlifting for bulk less reps more weight, and if that doesent help any AS are not a quick fix but they do work with the right diet and work but there is no such thing as a great body in a bottle man , hope this helps some ------------------

I couldn't put on any size at 20. Things started to change at around 22 or 23. My metabolism slowed and I became less active/ nervous but my food intake didn't change much. No one should recommend that you use steroids. Because of the small but not insignificant risks to your health and freedom, this is a choice you have to make on your own. If you haven't worked out at least 4 days a week, 48 weeks per year for at least 1 1/2 years, I'd say you have other things to work on before fooling around with your hormone levels. |
